Top Practice-Building Strategies for Tough Economic Times

Lynn Grodzki, LCSW-C, MCC (Master Certified Coach)

Lynn Grodzki, LCSW, MCCToday, therapists in private practice face a real and immediate call to change. In the face of a global, economic crisis we know that therapist incomes are falling, managed care is cutting its spending for mental health services, and fee-for-service clients are harder to find. It's time to rethink the way we approach private practice. We need to bring our creativity and resilience to this issue, and reconsider the business of therapy.

In this workshop, Lynn Grodzki, internationally-recognized business coach for healing professionals, will show you her "Crisis-proofing" plan that has helped thousands of therapists stay viable today. You will learn how to recommit, rebrand, and reinvest in your practice -- and in your future.

During this informational and highly experiential workshop, you will take away hands-on tips and strategies to use immediately, as well as developing a sense of purpose and empowerment for the long-term. At each workshop, participants network with peers in a non-competitive, dynamic atmosphere and find an abundance of solutions for their goals.

We are all in this recession together. The hallmark of Lynn's workshops is how she creates a supportive, safe atmosphere where you can re-energize yourself and get knowledgeable, pragmatic, and useful help. You will leave with a sense of motivation and a plan to move forward with your private practice goals despite the fears of the recession. As one economist famously said, "A crisis is a terrible thing to waste." With this workshop, you can learn to use the challenges of this recession to reshape your practice so that you can not only survive today, but thrive tomorrow.

In this workshop, you will learn to:
