Description

Come connect, restore, and experience sound healing—together!

You’re warmly invited to a Santa Cruz CAMFT networking gathering for local mental health professionals. Join us for an evening of networking, nourishment, and restorative sound healing.

The evening will begin with intentional networking, accompanied by light food and drinks, offering space to connect with fellow clinicians in a relaxed and supportive environment. Following networking, we will transition into a 45 minute guided community sound bath facilitated by Jessica "Ruby" Hernandez, M.A., LMFT.

Jessica is a licensed marriage and family therapist who also maintains a professional practice integrating sound healing with therapeutic modalities. She brings a grounded, trauma informed approach to sound healing, creating a safe, attuned, and restorative experience for participants.

The sound healing experience will feature a rich variety of instruments, including gong, drum, crystal singing bowls, Tibetan singing bowls, RAV Vast, rain disc, chimes, and other textured instruments, supporting deep relaxation, nervous system regulation, and collective presence.

This gathering invites us to co experience healing as a professional community, slow down together, and share a meaningful moment of collective presence. As mental health professionals who hold space for others, this evening offers an opportunity to be held by the community ourselves.
