Want to present a workshop? If you are interested in presenting a CE workshop or event with SC-CAMFT, please review the following information about our application process.

SC-CAMFT Continuing Education Presenter Expectations,
Agreements, and Application

Thank you for your interest in presenting a Continuing Education (CE) workshop with SC CAMFT! Before you apply, please check out the information about what you can expect from us and what we ask of you. If you have any questions, please contact our CE Administrator.

We ask from you:

Application, Preparations, Communication

  • Complete our CE Presentation Application
  • Provide your résumé or CV (per BBS requirements)
  • Provide Syllabus or outline of main talking points (per BBS requirements)
  • Include a brief bio and photo so we can promote your event
  • Agree to provide all required documents at least 90 days before the event
  • Promote your workshop through your network
  • Provide handouts, if desired
  • Be prompt, clear, and consistent in communication around your event
We agree to:

Application, Preparations, Communication

  • Provide you with feedback to ensure your workshop ideas correlate with the educational needs and requests of our chapter members
  • Promote your event on our website and calendar of events
  • Promote your event through our networks
  • Confirm technical and logistical needs for presentation
  • Be consistent, prompt, and clear in our communications with you
Day-of, Event, Wrap-up
  • Coordinate logistics at event location and provide refreshments
  • Provide all required documentation for registration, CE Certificates, and Evaluations
  • Introduce and assist you
  • Present CE Certificates
  • Distribute and collect evaluations
  • Clean up event space
  • Ensure your workshop is in compliance w/ CEPA requirements for Continuing Education credit
