Description
When struggling with anxiety, depression, a challenging transition, loss, trauma, or relationship issues, I can help. I utilize powerful psychodynamic tools and therapy models such as Internal Family Systems (IFS) and Brainspotting that allows access to the mid brain where our trauma is stored. I also apply traditional psychotherapy models and interventions, including Cognitive Behavioral Therapy. I love the work I do, and witnessing my clients overcome painful challenges.
